- Detailed inspections to closely analyze all phases of your construction including foundations, framing, mechanical & electrical, duct work, insulation, drywall, interior trim, paint and exterior trim, stucco, and stone.
- We personally perform a walk through for each and every home to insure 100% completeness in every detail at time of closing.
- Perform a zero-defect closing of the project.
